Sue Buel Elementary School

McMinneville, Oregon

The 80,000 square foot Sue Buel Elementary School includes a two-story wing of 28 classrooms separated by administrative offices and a library/media center. The school also includes a gymnasium, commons, music room and covered play area wing. Alliant Systems provided mechanical construction services for the project and features include use of heat recovery ventilators that allow 100 percent outside air in classrooms and little additional cooling and dual flush toilets.
