Alliant Systems is working with Pence Contractors on a 2-story 42,000 SF public safety facility located in Redmond. Alliant provided BIM coordination and construction of all new HVAC, plumbing, and controls integration for the new ground up facility. The beautiful community building will feature CLT as a primary building material.
