Bend Surgical Center

The Bend Surgical Center project is a 24,000 square foot addition and 20,000 square foot renovation of the existing free-standing facility located just off NE 27th Street in Bend. The Central Oregon Physicians Group developed the surgery center in 1997, and the aging facility was in need of an update. Alliant provided design and construction of all new HVAC, plumbing, med-gas, and control updates with commissioning services for the renovation of their existing space, as well as the new addition. All services were performed while the existing space was occupied and functional. This project is about 75% complete at this time, temporary systems are in place for HVAC, medical gasses, and plumbing systems, all with no impact to the facility.
